Exhibits a strong preference for aliphatic aldoximes, such as butyraldoxime and acetaldoxime, over aromatic aldoximes, such as pyridine-2-aldoxime, which is a poor substrate. No activity was found with the aromatic aldoximes benzaldoxime and pyridine-4-aldoxime.
